Just for fun I polled my readers of my Facebook group recently and asked them what food they hated as a kid and still hate now.

Well I fell in love.

Well the boneless chicken that the hubby introduced me to at KFC was popcorn chicken and that started my popcorn chicken addiction.

Chicken – To air fry frozen popcorn chicken, we recommend Tyson frozen popcorn chicken pieces, but any frozen boneless chicken will work well in the air fryer.
Optional – If you would like your air fryer frozen popcorn chicken more crispy, the best option is to spray the tops of them with some olive oil spray and then air fry for a couple of minutes at the highest setting (usually 200c/400f).
