Can I custom order a new Kia vehicle?
Custom ordering a Kia is generally dependent on availability. At Family Kia of St. Augustine, we will work with you to find the new Kia vehicle that fits your needs. While the quickest way to get your new Kia is to buy it from our current inventory, Family Kia will work with you to order the Kia that fits your needs.
How long does a custom order usually take?
The general timeframe for your custom order to arrive at the dealership tends to vary and is based on the individual make and model you choose and where it will be assembled. In most situations, custom ordered vehicles can take between a few weeks to up to 6 months to arrive. Throughout the build process, our team will provide you with updates at each step.
Is a deposit required prior to placing a custom order?
This depends on which vehicle you are looking to order. If you plan to place a down payment on your new vehicle or purchase the vehicle outright, this deposit can be applied towards that. If you intend to finance or lease 100% of the vehicle, the deposit will be returned to you in full or partially once your contract is signed and you take delivery of the vehicle.
My current lease is about to expire. Can I still order a vehicle?
Most manufacturers allow you to extend your lease as long as you have a vehicle ordered. Please give us a call to begin this process.
